Frequently asked questions
What counts as a dental emergency?
A dental emergency is any situation causing severe pain, significant bleeding, a knocked-out tooth, a broken tooth or restoration, facial swelling, or a lost crown or filling that cannot wait for a routine appointment. When in doubt, call us.
Do you see emergency patients after hours?
Yes. For true dental emergencies, our team can be reached after regular office hours and on weekends. Call (909) 626-1684 and follow the prompts.
What should I do with a knocked-out tooth?
Handle it by the crown (not the root), rinse gently with water if dirty, and try to reinsert it in its socket. If that is not possible, keep it moist in milk or between your cheek and gum and call us immediately. Time is critical — the faster you act, the better the chance of saving the tooth.
