Insurance
We are in-network with Delta Dental PPO. Being in-network means you pay lower out-of-pocket costs when you see us.
While the insurance contract is between you, your employer, and your insurance company, we will handle the claim submission as a courtesy — all you need to do is pay your co-pay portion at the time of your visit.

Citi Health Card — Another flexible financing option for healthcare expenses.
